Progressive Christianity: Caleb is a frequent speaker on several topics within Progressive Christianity, currently serves as the Co-Executive Director of The Center for Progressive Christianity, has written Awakened: A 52-Week Progressive Christian Devotional (named the best devotional of 2025 by the Illumination Book Awards), and is a Progressive Christian Social Media Influencer–named #2 on FeedSpot’s Top Progressive Christian Social Media Influencer List.
Social media: Caleb wrote the book on social media for churches, literally. It’s called The Great Digital Commission: Embracing Social Media for Church Growth and Transformation (Cascade, 2021). Caleb manages several large social media accounts and has frequently guest lectured on this topic at Duke Divinity School and other seminaries.
Financial Creativity: One of Caleb’s gifts is helping churches create alternative income by leveraging their physical properties to create financial stability. He has helped several congregations (including his own) navigate building projects. Congregations ought to be able to thrive, not just survive.
